Orders can only be dispatched to an Australian address – which requires full street address and PO Box numbers.  If you have a special request or would like to send your order overseas,  please email us at maitlandvrd@bigpond.com Any questions relating to your order please use this email.

When placing an order,  it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address.  If the incorrect address was entered and the delivery was not completed, additional delivery charges will be charged to you.

Once an order is completed on the website an invoice is sent to you automatically via email.  Please check that the address is correct, in the event a mistake has been made, it can be changed so long as the order has not been dispatched.

Please allow up to 14 working days for the order to be dispatched from the date of your order (1st day count is the next following workday after placing your order, which does not include weekends or public holidays).

Glader Confectionery reserves the right to delay or cancel dispatching the order in the event of extreme weather conditions to maintain the quality of the product.

When your order is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you. Orders will be freighted with —————  you will then be able to track your item. 

Please ensure you are at the address provided or the recipient is home to receive the ordered items.   Our products are fragile and will be dispatched at your own risk.

Glader Confectionery will package appropriately but will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit.  Glader confectionery takes no responsibility if items are left in the heat and sunlight, or damaged while being delivered.  We highly recommend that you select shipping options that will require your signature.

If three attempts to deliver the package (which may have incurred additional delivery fees) and if the recipient cannot be reached for whatever reason, the order will be null, and void and product not delivered and not refunded.

Glader confectionery without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.

Parcels lost in transit unfortunately cannot be refunded or replaced until a full investigation is completed by Glader Confectionery and the couriers involved, which can take several weeks.

Express shipping only means your order will be sent express, this does not mean that the process of the order is any different, you still need to allow up to 14 working days for dispatch.  This does not include weekends or public holidays.  Day 1 is the following day after placing your order.
