When selecting products on the website it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and any further details to assist with the correct delivery. Should the incorrect address and delivery be entered and completed, additional delivery costs will be charged to you.

You must be at the delivery address to receive the ordered products on the first attempt at delivery. Please note the product/s you order are fragile and will be sent at your own risk. Glader Confectionery will package your order with protective packaging but will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. Glader Confectionery takes no responsibility if items will be left in the heat, sunlight or damaged while being delivered.
No purchase can be cancelled after payment has been received.
Public holidays and annual breaks are taken throughout the year. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return.
